• A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee your booking.

• Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Cancellation and modification policies depend on the selected rate plan. Please refer to your booking details for specific terms.

• Note: Guests who are critically ill or arriving on a stretcher through ambulance will not be allowed to check in.

• Hotel management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation at any time without stating a reason.

3. Payments

• Room rates are charged per night and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

• Full payment may be required upon check-in. All incidental charges must be settled during check-out.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

• Room occupancy must not exceed the allowed limit. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. Associated repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

5. Hotel Policies

• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation.

6. Liability

• The hotel shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, or death during your stay unless proven to be caused by hotel negligence.
